New training schedule means I’m off today. I slept pretty well today, back at work tonight. Coach dropped cals on the new plan. Haven’t eaten this low on off days in a long time! Hopefully I’m not too hangry at work.
Might have to start tinkering with Reta doses. We shall see...
I have poor lower ab control in my vacuum. So I do vacuums in the morning and I do the weighted crunches to activate lower control and strengthen them as they are apparently “weak” I don’t do any oblique activation really, but a stronger ab wall means more control which mean less of bubble belly!
