They want that smaller waist is why many don’t.picking your brain… is there a reason you’re doing crunches or anything for your abs? I’ve read where some bber’s don’t do abs or very little.

I have poor lower ab control in my vacuum. So I do vacuums in the morning and I do the weighted crunches to activate lower control and strengthen them as they are apparently “weak” I don’t do any oblique activation really, but a stronger ab wall means more control which mean less of bubble belly!picking your brain… is there a reason you’re doing crunches or anything for your abs?
