New training schedule means I’m off today. I slept pretty well today, back at work tonight. Coach dropped cals on the new plan. Haven’t eaten this low on off days in a long time! Hopefully I’m not too hangry at work.

Might have to start tinkering with Reta doses. We shall see! I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

Havent gotten any word from coach yet, but nice to see the scale moving a bit. This is my first time being under 3000 cal on low days in over a year and mannn was i hungry last night at work. Will talk to coach today about upping reta a little as ive been on 1 mg for well over a month, maybe even closer to two. Going to try and see how lean I can get with diet, reta, and cardio only before adding any of the Metabolic stimulants. But eventually I am thinking Reta, Mots, and Slupp. Clen If needed, but hopefully not.

1/20 Tuesday

Coach responded late last night and updated the plan. Upping the Reta to 2 Mg weekly. GH to 8 iu daily. Cardio 35 min 5x a week. Adding clen 40 mcg. We're looking to be stage ready early and then fill into the show. Which I know is always the plan, and I'm under no delusion that things will go 100% according to plan. All I'm focusing on is enjoying the process. Will most likely step away from social media in the weeks to come to keep focus on the plan. Thankfully I have a partner who also competes and she is insanely supportive.

1/21 Wednesday
Took my clen late in the day yesterday… what a mistake.. Slept like shit! Still was able to get a qood hammy session in today despite being tired. Adding in betaine HCL and digestive enzymes to each meal to keep things moving well with the reta increase. Im very ready to be Lean again, but im sure that will change once I am approaching 220 and feel like a skinny bitch!

1/22 Thursday

I forgot how hungry clen makes me. Last cut I did I Used low dose DNP and injectable ephedrine and avoided clen all together. I have increased my taurine dose to prevent the awful cramping that comes along with it and day 3 its worked well so far. After the next calorie drop I will most likely go back to wearing my continuous glucose monitor as Ive had some severe hypoglycemic episodes in the past (27) so I was prescribed one and I have a couple months supply stashed up. I felt the old familiar feeling today after my cardio but I realized I didnt take L-Carn injection and that has played a significant role in stabilizing my BS.
