    More sponsor driven huh,not sure how I feel about that comment...we have less member participation as of late,and maybe members and Mods could participate more,come up with topics and conversations,but just cause the sponsors are posting a lot doesn't lessen the quality of the place.

    Good morning all.i been slacking lately. Got up ate a banana had a vanilla Animal shake,blended with strawberries.went to gym did legs,and then tire flipped.no work. Breakfast was 4 turkey sausage,5 hb eggs no yolk,3 pieces of toast,peach chobani,water and coffee.Not sure about lunch.Dinner...
