Knowing i have to eat 500 plus carbs to see a minor scale movement when I push for mass. It’s depressing it doesn’t stay when you miss simply a meal or eat less carbs in one day.
I’m thanking mass isn’t for me, if I can’t get the food down every week. I maintain 230 easy but pushing for 240 is a task I can’t get to. So im just going to diet down and see what a shredded me looks like at 212 or 220.
