Much better idea for overall health and I’m sure you’ll be jacked at that weight
 
There’s a point where the body just says I’m not getting bigger and that’s where I’m at. I’m hoping some time of not eating as big and reset things and then when back to massing I’ll grow more
 
What classes are you entered in? Do they break it down by age and weight?
 
The mens open is done by weight. I’m hoping to make middle at 176-1/4 otherwise it’s light heavy which goes up to 198. Evan is not sure I can cut to middle from where I am now. How words were “you look sick” so that’s good .
The masters is just by age so I’m fine
