2019 NO EXCUSE Gains Competition
UGMuscle.com and AnabolicDevelopment.com are pleased to announce the official kickoff of the 2019 No Excuse Gains Competition. All official entries will be posted here. Whatever your goals are for 2019 this is a competition for you. You decide what you want to accomplish and we provide some of the resources needed to reach your goal.

No competition entry required

Competition Rules
How will winners be selected?
Between now and October 31 all qualifying entries will begin the process of participating in their training with Titan Training. On or before December 15, 2018 PHD will submit each entries before and after photos for judging to a five person panel. The panel will judge each entry on overall improvement based on the entries goal(s) from information provided by PHD. Each judge with give an entry a score of 1-5. 1 being excellent and 5 being no change. All judges scoring is weighted equally. The entry with the lowest average score will be deemed the Grand Prize Winner. 1st thru 5th Runner up will follow in order based on judges scoring. In the event of a tie a head to head runoff will determine the tie breaking winner and the other entry(s) will fall down one in the rankings and their prize package will be determined by their final position.

Competition Rules
- Must be a member of UG Muscle to enter
- Must be a verified client of Titan Training to enter *(instructions below)
- Only one entry per registered user
- Only one prize package per entry
- Winners will be required to register at Anabolic Development
- Winners will create and maintain a weekly training log at Anabolic Development
- Prize packages must be claimed between January 10, 2019 and January 31, 2019. All unclaimed or unused prizes are forfeited after January 31, 2019.
