The contest will be judged on how many NEW TOPICS a member created in the month of May. Plus an Active Updated Members Log will be a big part of winning this amazing prize $400 in store credit at Steriodify :crazy_face:

These New Topics must be informative topics, articles, studies and related topics to our lifestyle. The logs don’t have to be updated everyday but the more updates and information the better your log will score to possibly push you to the top past another competitor also writing New Topics.

MEMBER LOGS= log kept of your training, diet, and possibly anything else that you want to include about how your progress is going towards reaching your goals.
