Morning all.Breakfast was a cheese steak, strawberries,protein shake, water.just got to the job(gotta love making our own hours) having a coffee now.Mini meal in a bit, R1 shake,3 tbl spoons peanut blueberry muffin.Lunch will be 2 turkey n cheese, lettuce,tomato,hot banana peppers and 5 HB eggs no yolk.mini meal at around 3,dinner will be late got my daughter’s last bball game tonight.I am gonna squeeze in tris when I get home later.Hope everyone has a great weekend
