Morning all.Breakfast was a cheese steak, strawberries,protein shake, water.just got to the job(gotta love making our own hours) having a coffee now.Mini meal in a bit, R1 shake,3 tbl spoons peanut 🧈 blueberry muffin.Lunch will be 2 turkey n cheese, lettuce,tomato,hot banana peppers and 5 HB eggs no yolk.mini meal at around 3,dinner will be late got my daughter’s last bball game tonight.I am gonna squeeze in tris when I get home later.Hope everyone has a great weekend
 
Did some back and bis earlier. Just ate some lean ground beef and rice. Making chicken parmesan for dinner tonight. Pasta for me, mashed potatoes for kids…I know they are messed up lol
 
Doin tris in a few minutes, soon as I got home it was a 4 egg omlete. It was great.

He’s working nights and dealing with all his sons medicals stuff. Been popping in my log and even saying he would live for his son and he to come my meet in nowhere sc haha
