Well down to the 4 week mark. Getting tighter still. Glutes are starting to come thru and skin is getting thinner.
Diet is pretty tight now, down to 1,700 cals. Hungry all the time.
Main changes are,
Cardio is up to 50 min
10-15 min posing 3x per week
Winstrol is 50mg 5x per week on training days
