A couple of questions

I want to start off by saying i’m 21 and i’m 6’2 220 lbs, judging by pictures online my body fat percentage is around 25% so i’m in a pretty bad shape right now. I want to lose around 50lbs before I start thinking about using gear and I have a couple of questions about that.
  1. I’ve heard that if you do the cycle right and if you get of it right you can still keep most of your gains without using steroids anymore, is that true?
  2. Do the risks really outweigh the benefits by that much?
  3. What are the realistic expectations if I bulk up and get on gear for about a year? Physique wise and health wise considering that I have virtually no muscle mass (just my legs are really strong, I could do some exercises with more weights then plenty of buff dudes when I went to the gym before lockdown).
  4. What is a good beginner cycle and PCT cycle?
  5. Can I benefit more from the cycle if I work out for a while before using roids instead of straight up using roids with no muscle mass?
I know that is better off to be natural but I’m a pretty impatient person, I want to see results fast in order to motivate myself to keep going and in my head roids seem to be a pretty good motivation, I know it’s still hard work but after I see the results that I wanted I think I’d be motivated enough to maintain that physique even without roids

Welcome bro, sounds like you got your head on straight. Also it seems to me that the goals you have like leaning up can definitely be done with diet. Hell man at your age diet and proper training anything is possible. But remember this you cant out train a shitty diet period, no matter what gear. Steroids are just a booster nothing more. Next as far as risks to rewards, your young, no way around that, I dont mean no disrespect just be careful. You probably dont think you want kids now and you dont 🤣 but there’s always gonna be the risk of never being able to make one down the road. best of luck bro I’d say for you, dont do it. But it’s just my opinion, diet and training. Probably not what you wanna hear
 
I would work on getting the diet and training down for an extended period before jumping on any gear. Hell if your dead set on using. Make it goal to lose a certain amount of weight and lower bf% before you can start a cycle. You maybe surprised how far you get naturally if you set goals and push for them
 
Get a trainer. There are a few on here that can help you. They will talk with you on training. Diet. And compounds. All of these can be addressed. I would spend the money on a personal trainer first before jumping on the Compound train… 😁
 
Welcome. At 21 your natural testosterone should be working at its peak. I would train and diet learn your body first before ever using gear. Once you start you won’t stop. I always recommend people
Wait till they are at-least 25. I didn’t start till I was 27 or 28. I built a solid frame that everyone swore I was using gear.

I agree, once you start using gear you won’t stop. I trained naturally for 8 years. Took my first shot right before my 27th birthday.
 
I already have a diet that in my opinion is pretty alright and I’d like your input on it if you don’t mind, it should get me down to around 175 lbs with training

Yeah you say you have virtually no muscle mass. Thats a red flag 🚩 your not ready as far as the risk to reward part goes. Train buddy thats your best bet. Don’t worry your times coming when effort and discipline won’t do anymore
 
Weight training is all about patience. It’s all about learning your body, and how you personally respond to different stimuli.

At 21, you shouldn’t even be considering gear, discipline, consistency, and diet.

HITT cardio, and keeping your diet clean.

A: you will lose the water weight that you gained during the cycle but the actual gains made coming from diet training and aas will stay average is around 6lbs

A: we would need to be a doctor and have your medical history to answer this question

A: If you stay on cycle for a year you probably should just go to a doctor and get on TRT or testosterone replacement therapy. This will keep your testosterone levels on the higher range. If you were to stay on that long it will just be really hard to get your natural levels back and the hormone roller coaster is hard on anyone mentally and physically. I don’t reccomend staying on longer than 15wk and even then it depends on what you are using.
  • What is a good beginner cycle and PCT cycle?
A:Testosterone enanthate 250mg/ml 2x a wk 15wks
Turinabol 40mg split 20mg 2x a day for 6wks
Proviron 50mg split ed 25mg 2x a day
Aromasin keep this on hand and at wk 5 when you get your bloodwork done you will know if you need it or not if your estrogen levels are high then you can take this at 6.25mg and this will lower your estrogen. We can talk more about this in another post.

A: You definitely without a doubt need to get your bf% below 20% before even thinking about using aas but I would like to say even 15-17%.
This will work very well for you because before you begin your cycle you can get your diet put together and start to prep your meals. Get used to drinking a gallon of water a day. Hit the gym hard so that when you do use aas you won’t rupture tendons or other injuries that come from growing rapidly and your body not being able to keep up.

Your also 21 brother your best bet honestly is to get into the gym and go hard wait as long as you can before starting to use aas. Especially if you were to go another 4yrs natural really hard training and diet plan you will become a beast once you hit the first cycle. You could gain 8-12lbs of solid muscle which is alot and you will also have a much lower bf% allowing you to see those abs and the girls or guys whatever you are into will see them also brother 😎
