No… but I do used aminos unlimited…they sell wide arrange on inject aminos, b12, and vitamin cocktails.

Wife does weekly 1000 mcgs of B12… swears by them… increase mood, alertness, metabolism

I do the GAC 2 x weekly.

Im not sure I inject mine from another website subq.

I would believe that it would be subq but I would ask the source or check the FAQ on the site.
