April 12 time for training and diets

Good afternoon all.Goodday to be alive
We should all be so thankful.Breakfast was protein shake with 2 raw eggs,1 English muffin,strawberries,4 HB eggs no yolk.Lunch is turkey cheese Lett tomato,protein shake,2 more HB eggs no yolk.not vsure about dinner got the kids first softball practice
 
Usual grub. In office all day. Contemplating squatting today after work. We’ll see.
 
SqUts today May go for 585 for 5 glad to be getting used to new bar before comp as my arms feel good but back tightness will have to be retrained. I had no option but being tight on old bar. Good same as always
 
Trained legs today. Had 2 pies of toast, an orange and a Greek yogurt. Then a protein shake pwo with some fruit. Had 2 more pieces of toast with peanut butter and some egg whites. Been adding more carbs into the mix on leg days. Been having good results with it
 
Starting 2nd / thirdish type shifts today. Stayed up late as I could last night. Slept in until 1 today. Got
Up had two cups coffee and fish fry lol. Chicken salad sandwhich for lunch. No training. Not sure if I will eat dinner or just go right to sleep. Will see.
