Good morning all. Breakfast 2 cans a tuna with hot sauce,1 plain bagel, banana,casein shake, cranberry juice.Went to YMCA did some laps in the pool then did forearms and traps.bout to go work.Lunch will be two turkey n swiss lett tomato whole wheat bread,grapes, banana water.No clue what I’m doin for dinner.Today I am grateful for the nice weather.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Scrambled eggs, sausage, and fried potatoes for breakfast. Chocolate milk and honey bun for snack. Lunch is tuna, Rittz, and pineapple. Back and shoulders this evening. Today I am thankful for tree work. Seems to be one of the few places I fit in with the other roughnecks other than at the gym.
 
40G Oatmeal, Bananna, Four Reeces Cups. Whey shake. - Lunch Shredded chicken, microwaved veggies. - Dinner cooking burgers for the family. I’m on a push pull legs routine right now to save time hitting chest/tris after a 2k ROW.
 
Just bout tickets for a music festival only 45 minutes away they got a headliner I really like so I can get my rave fix and it’s in the camp ground nature preserve so my girl can get her camp fix
 
What part of Ohio you from me and thunder are cinci he’s still there I’m away haha

Reason was in my high schools conference up until I got there. I’m from Fairfield. Haven’t been to Columbus since 2017
