April 14th edition of diets and training

Good morning all.this my beast,and he’s actually down 20 lbs from last summer,but it’s safe to safe he could lose some more.hes like me hates cardio.
Did chest at YMCA gym this morning.Breakfast was a bagel cream cheese with lox.banana,casein shake,water.Lunch will 2 turkey and swiss lett tomato light mayo on whole wheat bread,5 HB eggs no yolk,grapes, cranberry juice Not sure about dinner.Today I am grateful for the pictures of the dog my daughter sent me.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

Leg day then drive to Charlotte to drop a truck off have dinner there so not sure yet but probably two chicken and rice meals thrown in there
 
Training chest. Just waking up. Haven’t eaten anything yet. Probably a protein shake and banana after the gym. Eggs and whites with sourdough after. Hope everyone has a good weekend
 
Today breakfast was a burrito. Lunch a salad with chicken breast. Dinner will be fish. Had my first construction accident knee all swollen and finger dislocated. Glad that all. Was able to keep working. No gym today. Have to coach my daughters soccer team then go to bed and do it all over again tomorrow. Minus the accident.
