April 3rd issue of diets and training

Good morning all.Another great night of junk sleep,that’s alright though,I got enough attitude and energy for everyone. Not goin to gym til later,so I have all day to eat.Breakfast was 5 HB eggs no yolk,casein protein shake,1 plain bagel,strawberries, banana,water.Lunch will be whatever slopshit the chow hall serves.Dinner will be two chic ,breast,stuffing,salad,carrot cake and milk.Today I am grateful for getting to see some of my family yesterday and watching some baseball.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Had a big 6 egg ham and cheese omelet this morning. Pint of chocolate milk and two honeybuns for a snack. Lunch is chicken and potatoes I baked in the oven with Dale’s.

My bald friend is having possum. Upper Stength training this evening

Hungover from wrestlmania weekend drinking I need to find a way to be more active if Hyatt drinking Watchign tv it seems I don’t feel as bad if I’m up and moving. That said no booze for text of month at least

Days liek today at least make me say Saturdays only for booze except special occasions this is what I lost do anyways. But the gym after working 11 hours isn’t bad but progress was minimal from last week
