Good morning all. This is part of my breakfast,fresh caught bout a hour ago,i caught 3 total,but the other two werent that big.Im gonna make 3 eggs over easy,banana,this trout wrapped in tinfoil,with fresh onions,lemon juice,and butter,baked in oven.As for the gym,nope not doin it.Just gonna be a lazyshit the rest of the day.Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Training chest, shoulders and triceps. 3 eggs, turkey sausage and toast. Chicken and sweet potato. Yogi and almonds. Steak, rice and broccoli. A spoonful of Chunky PB for sanity

You won’t loose muscle in 4 days. Like @Dirtnasty said… you’ve depleted your glycogen stores. Probably dehydrated too. Not uncommon when battling illness.

Take ya bout a week or two to get back up to fighting weight.
 
Skin and bone just like Cameron Diaz except I’m not smiling about it like she is… Hey y’all remember that movie The mask with her and Jim Carrey… Man she was real hot in that movie. All thick. Then her ass turned popular and got all skinny and ugly… Okay she wasn’t that much thicker…
She was sure hotter in that movie compared to the rest for some reason I can’t place it

She was weird in how sometimes she was hot and other times looked off.
