April 8th edition of diets and bodybuilding

Good afternoon all.No gym today.went and did a little fishing/ hiking with my daughter.She will be 12 on Tuesday.She is amazing,works hard in school and sports.Highly motivated in all she does.Shes extremely aggressive in the sports she plays,I like to think I passed that part onto her,without necessarily telling her to be aggressive she picked up on that part herself.Im lucky to have her.
My diet has been terrible today,fried food, pretzels,had my usuals like a casein shake, banana, grapes,a salad. Not sure about dinner, probably whatever slopshit the chow hall serves.watching baseball right now.
 
Been colder 40’s… rainy all day!

Went to the dump and lowes for nailgun nails and hurricane ties for roof joists… first thing this am. Haven’t hit on nothing since… still drizzling…windy and low 40’s.
 
Had chcken and ramen chcik. And pasta seeing John wick 4 instead of gym today. Hadn’t seen any so we have watchers in he d first three this weekend. It’s just a man killing everybody because trained killers don’t know how to fire all their guns at once toward and area
 
Breakfast was 4 fried eggs, 2 pieces of sausage, and 2 pieces of French toast. Snack was pineapple, watermelon, and grapes. 2 Hot ham and cheese on hoagie for lunch. Second snack was pint of chocolate milk, a bag of the twisted Fritos, and P3. Chicken stew for dinner. Chest, Biceps, and Triceps.
