Asking for cycle tips

I just obtained 20ml of Test Cyp 200mg and 20ml of Tren Ace 100mg. I’m trying to figure out how many mg to administer. It gonna be administered every other day. But mainly asking how many cc’s to pull each time. Any advise would be great

Yea I’ve used gear but I’ve never used Tren. I’ve does test and Deca and Winnie. But I haven’t used any in prolly 5 years. I thought I was just gonna go all natural but after 2 years of constant training I have plateaued. I currently have 20ml of Tren A and 20 ml Test C, Pro winstrol and Arimadex and some nolvadex on hand. I’m waiting on some HCG to arrive just to jumpstart my normal hormones back to normal after the cycle is finished.

@Czworeczki has the basic cycle posted I would just make sure that you have all the extras on hand AI, PCT, and caber wouldn’t hurt progesterone can also cause gyno not sure if you are prone. We have found here that micro dosing seems to alleviate alot of side effects. So try to keep your blood levels as stable as possible.
 
I’m 31. Weigh 230lb and idk my body fat percentage. It’s prolly in upper 20s but I’m pretty stocky. I’ve never been super lean and prolly never will be that’s just my body type. I’m not prone to gyno just wanted to make sure I had all the necessary pct available just to be safe.

I honestly just wanna loose a little bit of that stomach fat and bulk up more. So it hides the fat. I do 30 mins of cardio everyday with burpees after I get home from work but I’m the am I go to the gym and weight train for 1hr to 1.5 hr a day Monday-Friday. I do push, pull , legs and repeat on the weekdays and weekends I just do burpees and ride a bike in this gym I built at home. The reason I do burpees everyday is cause I got out of TDCJ like 6 months ago and that’s what we did for 18months while I was locked up on a 4yr sentence.

I have been put on a unwanted vacation before I know that up the road routine well and I understand that the food that they feed is full of estrogen that keeps everyone who isn’t on psych meds docile.

I would run cyp at 400mg/ml a wk split into 2 shots 200mg/ml a shot mon /Thursday or whatever days work for you just split 2x a week.
I prefer to run 15-20wks test cycles. Tren is run 8wks normally. Im not into tren I enjoy npp but tren is stronger and you can dose much lower. I believe that @TBU had a great way to dose I believe if I remember correctly he is inj .3cc ed to bring him around 233mg a week which is keeping his blood levels stable. The testosterone I can go on and on about but tren isn’t something that I use others will help you out with the tren.

Your diet is the most important thing. Dial it in to fit your goals which is to cut up. Im built like you im just a little leaner because I have been cutting down with diet and training. It sucks because I really like to eat lol

Thanks brother. I just think .33 everyday is way to high I think I’m gonna do m-w-f Tren at .75cc. And the Test m-Thursday. As you say about 400 a week
 
Sorry brother I did the math wrong I assumed and made an ass out of myself lol that your tren was 50mg/ml. At 100mg/ml its double what I was recommending. I thought it would put you around 233mgs a week.
.75ccx 3x a wk is spot on at 225mgs s wk.

I would definitely recommend to inj no less than every other day. If you inj mon wed fri your weekend can be rough if you have bad tren side effects. Keeping blood levels stable will definitely help.
 
I thought about saying this also just running the testosterone cypionate will help @bcboi get to your goals especially with the right diet.
Then once you are cut down you can use the tren with less bf and you will get more visible results from it than if you use it now.
