August 12th installment of diets and bodybuilding

Good morning all.No work today,gym later,maybe.Somehow i keep forgetting i have equipment still at the exs house,about half of it i dont have room for unless i turn my living/dining room into a gym,maybe my room has room for one of the machines… i need to get some of it here that way i have absolutely no excuse as to why i cant work out.Breakfast will be strawberries,peach chobani,4 turkey sausage,coffee and water.Think im gonna go scout a new section of land the state bought that i can hunt on,maybe hang a trailcam.Today i am grateful for new opportunities.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

Down here in my area… lots of crappy hole in the wall dive bars (I used to drink in) have even worse trailer hoods right behind them.

There was one, some 40 years ago, that had a couple dozen trailers daisy chained together with extension cords. It was pretty bad. A whole horde of junkies and hippies would land there when they weren’t following the Grateful Dead on tour. They’d pack up and be gone for months to a year… then show back up and flop. GD would have another tour and they would leave again. They were pretty much harmless…. Just smelly ole hippies that would treat the bar as their living room. Cable tv juke box heat/AC cold beer….always had the best drugs…available for purchase…
 
Secondary squat day. I feel I’m either sick or my ai is rearing its head for
First time in long time. Just lacked energy past couple days. I may also be sleep apnea pretty bad as it feel I’m constantly waking during the night
 
Breakfast was eggs scrambled with 2 pieces of toast, and 2 pints of chocolate milk. Had honeybun and Dew. Lunch was 2 packs of lemon pepper chicken, peanut butter crackers, and Dew. Got a snack pack and Dew for next break. Gym membership expired while I’ve been out of town working. I’ll get that paid up tonight and go back to my two days of strength and 3 days of hypertrophy a week. Starting a cycle this week of 500mg of Test with 400mg of Mast.

You got a big engine needs a lot of gas!!!
 
We’ve gotten over 3 inches of rain since 2ish.

As much as I like it… enough is enough.

Listening to local news… farmers fields are flooded.
