Good morning all.breakfast was 1 plain bagel,5 turkey sausage,protein shake blended with strawberries and oatmeal, banana,water.Not working today.rolled a joint and took a hike.Lunch was 2 roast beef with swiss,lett, tomato ,light mayo on whole wheat bread, strawberries,4 oatmeal raisin cookies water.Goin to YMCA in a bit,to tire flip and swim laps.Not sure what dinner is gonna be fish Most likely.Today I am grateful for all the knowledge I’ve soaked up since bein here,it is my own personal opinion that since I’ve been here, I have had full a spectrum of experience on here,I went from a member,to bein a Rep,and a Mod…I also am thankful for the camaraderie on here.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
