August 14th edition of diets and bodybuilding

Good morning all.breakfast was 1 plain bagel,5 turkey sausage,protein shake blended with strawberries and oatmeal, banana,water.Not working today.rolled a joint and took a hike.Lunch was 2 roast beef with swiss,lett, tomato 🍅,light mayo on whole wheat bread, strawberries,4 oatmeal raisin cookies water.Goin to YMCA in a bit,to tire flip and swim laps.Not sure what dinner is gonna be fish Most likely.Today I am grateful for all the knowledge I’ve soaked up since bein here,it is my own personal opinion that since I’ve been here, I have had full a spectrum of experience on here,I went from a member,to bein a Rep,and a Mod…I also am thankful for the camaraderie on here.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Im glad for the buddies ive made on here and all the stuff ive learned over the years
Food today is met rxbars and McDonald’s bc there is nowhere else but ill take it!
 
Oh but wait,if I eat it,and then go tire flip,and swim,I burn it off like it was never there…that’s how I would justify eating it.
 
Here to, probably not as bad as yours,but it’s still sweaty everything,it’s hard to stay hydrated sometimes
 
You’ve been down here before…you know. Problem is we’ve had a relatively mild summer and this thick humidity came out of nowhere.
 
I sent that home with everyone else. I grill every weekend. If I didn’t send it elsewhere I would never be able to diet 😂
 
We had a couple weeks in july but that’s about it. This week has been pretty bad. Still can’t complain… less than normal with a real nice sea breeze.
 
The next two days will onlh get to 90 so cold front baby. It’s hard to keep up with fluids while on tren and I the heat
 
I bet. I can’t imagine tren at all let alone in this heat. I already sweat 24/7…soaking pillows
