August 15th edition of diets and training

Good morning all.Breakfast was 1 plain bagel,1 protein shake blended with 2 tbl spoons of PB, 1 tbl spoon Avacado oil, 2 raw eggs, grapes banana coffee and water.Gonna do chest in a bit,then Equine Therapy come home and hangout with my daughter.Today I am grateful for family and a roof over my head,how about you guys??
 
Samo grub going to train lower later this morning.

I AM grateful for everything… baby girl just kissed me and told me she loved me before wife took her to camp. That’s enough motivation for me to keep moving forward.
 
I’m doin tilapia for dinner with basmati and a salad.Lunch I might just say fuck it and eat the pizza the horse ladies get for the veterans,and since I’m eating the pizza I might as well enjoy it with a Pepsi.

No training today. Breakfast was oatmeal and some peanut butter. Protein shake and a banana. Had a waffle with some cottage cheese on it. Yogurt. Chipotle chicken burrito for lunch. I’m grateful for having a job I enjoy. Mostly because everyone gets along so there is no added bullshit or drama.

Brother that is exactly what keeps us in line. Ain’t no consequences Great enough to keep us on the straight and narrow. It’s stuff like that right there. The only thing in this world that works for us. Gave me a great big smile.
 
Breakfast with family. Love it. Garlic rice eggs turkey sausage coffee avacado.

Now that all the kids are finally here (Covid slowed shit down by dam near three years). We are buying rice by the 50 pound bag lmao.
 
Thoughts guys?? My new kids, although I’ve known them for years they are new here, and all my in-laws in the Philippines eat tons and tons of rice. Like heaping platefuls at a time. A diet of lots and lots carbs. They are all so skinny. My wife was also skinny until she came here and started introducing other (mostly carbs) into her diet then she doubled in size not literally but looks like it. Anyhow. I’m curious as to why they can eat their weight in rice per day and be so skinny when we always preach (carbs are bad) not UGM but society
 
Morning bros! Had oats, eggs, fruits & coffee. Just had a shake with a rice cake & PB. Later rice asparagus & chicken. Trained Light Delts & arms, May go back for a second round later.
