Good fuckin morning all. Breakfast was a cheese steak,cheese and lots of pepper,vanilla protein shake with 1 tbl spoon Avacado oil 2 table spoons of PB,banana,coffee and water.Doin legs after work.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

BF #1 - Overnight oat in Soy milk, w/ honey, Cinnamon
BF #2 - 3 Eggs/3 Egg Whites
Snack #1 - Strawberry/Banana 50g protein smoothie
Lunch - Ground Turkey, protein rice, mix veggies
Snack #2 - Protein Bar
Dinner - Fresh Oysters and shrimp tacos for Happy Hour

Workout:
Rest day after Heavy max lifts this week

Warm Days, Cool Nights, and Vivid Dreams.
 
Had a busy week. Flew back to Alabama and checked on the house and ran the necessary errands. Got in to bama midnight Monday. Will get back to CO midnight tonight and back to work tomorrow. Didn’t eat much all week. Did get a leg session on the belt squat in the garage though.
 
Been a crazy two weeks! But things should calm down once I’m done with work this weekend.
