August 21st diets and training

Good morning all.Woke up early,grabbed two 5 gallon buckets of dirt and did some homemade farmers carries.Breakfast was 5 eggs over easy,4 pieces wheat toast,protein shake blended with 1 package of oatmeal,1 tbl spoon Avacado oil,banana,water.Gonna do some outdoors type stuff with vets from the SheepDog Organization.Today I am grateful for the opportunity to spend time outside.
 
Breakfast garlic rice and eggs
Second breakfast protein shake and peach
Gonna do chest and triceps and a little shoulders today. Also gonna take family to beach to play volleyball with some people from church that invited us. Gonna be a balmy 68 degrees at beach today. Be wearing hoodies lol. Thankful for family and a productive weekend. And thankful for @John reminding me constantly of things to be thankful for!!

1st meal was scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, and bacon. Eggs covered in shredded cheese. 2nd meal was 2 cups of maple Kodiak oatmeal with a apple sliced up. 3rd meal was steak and cheese with banana peppers. 4th meal was a mass gainer shake. No training today. 5th meal is steak, green beans, and Hawaiian sweet rolls. 6th meal will be a mass gainer shake.
 
Just back from beach. Played lots volley ball and had fruit and chips. Had a cone of midnight dark chocolate ice cream for lunch. Oh and a protein shake.

Oh happy day!!!

@Rusty …I just got back from a vet trip,we played a softball game to start the day,I cranked the first one out,then a triple,then a Inside the park,by the way I’m great at baseball and softball.only caught bluegills.
 
Yeah not the same as a coach…not to mention there was a number of bigger guys then me,how they weren’t knocking them out is beyond me.
