August 29th installment of diets and bodybuilding

Good morning all.Breakfast was a cheese steak,cheese and pepper,protein shake, banana,grapes,coffee and water.Gonna do bis and 4 arms after work.I woke up irritable and discontent this morning,no reason to feel this way,and I can’t shake it.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

Second night in a row I woke up with nightmares…lost 3 hours of sleep last night. I’m going to fight the nap so maybe I can get some sleep tonight.

Training lower today.
 
That’s awesome. I miss the days when they were so young and innocent and we were their heroes. Then puberty set in and mine all became little assholes. Still better then most in their age group at least from what I’ve seen as a coach.

Oh ya. I got invited to coach 7th and 8th grade soccer this year and assistant coach the varsity soccer team so my schedule is packed. But I love coaching so should keep me in good spirits.
 
I go in cycles… I’ll be good for months then go a week or two with problems.
 
1st meal was 2 biscuits and gravy with 2 steak biscuits. 2nd meal was chocolate milk and P3. Not sure about lunch just yet. I’ll have a shake before the gym and another before bed. Push day today. Little chest, triceps, and shoulders.
 
Metamucil. I take three times as much is normal dose and everything comes out smooth and easy with limited push.
