Good fuckin morning all.Breakfast was a cheese steak,cheese n lots of pepper.Finishing up a job today,convinced my dad to stay home his knee is really bothering him,he says it feels like when he tore his meniscus a long time ago.Gonna do traps/shoulders later then the kid and I are gonna do some fishing.I am grateful today for another shot at life.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Took wife and step daughter salmon fishing this morning. Stupid electric plant pumping out hot water no salmon close to shore. Gonna fish north one town this evening see how it is
 
BF #1 - 3 eggs, 3 eggs whites with 1/2 cup rice, and 5 baby potatoes
BF #2 - Overnight oat in soy milk, 1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder
Snack #1 - Strawberry/Banana 50g protein smoothie
Lunch - Ground Turkey, protein rice, mix veggies
Snack #2 - Protein Bar
Dinner - tbd

Workout:
Heavy Back Squat Warmup 4 x 8
Max Back Squat 1 x 15 (250ish)

15Min AMRAP:
5 Chest 2 Bar
10 Wallballs 20#
30 Double Unders

100 Push Ups for Time

Haven’t been on one of these in a while! I just had some Mac and cheese, chicken thigh & breast & a salad. No training today, I let my test tank to get low test on lab work, trained legs hard on Sunday definitely overdid it my calves are so sore can barely walk haha
