Good afternoon all.No gym.Breakfast was 5 HB eggs no yolk,1 plain bagel,grapes n strawberrys,water.Lunch was 2 turkey n provolone on rye lite mayo, banana 🍌,3 oatmeal raisin cookies, cranberry juice.Not sure about dinner.Today I am grateful to get out of this place tomorrow morning.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Samo reg chow. Teleworking because of storm so got a little extra sleep.

No training again. Looks like I’m taking the whole week out of gym.

Storm is all but past. Just some drizzling rain.
 
Trained legs. Had egg and cheese wraps. Some chicken and pasta. The usual yogurt and cottage cheese. Protein shake and banana. Chicken salad.
