Good morning all.Breakfast was 2 cans a tuna plain,1 vanilla shake blended with 2 tbl spoons of PB and chia seeds,1 chobani,coffee and water.Its hot as fuck already only working til 2.Not lifting today or tomorrow.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
I had ctc not feeling well again think they constant changing of sleep isn’t helping so hoping to just get
Some good sleep and if it’s in the cards for the day iat do a light full body

Is it tasty? I love omelettes and have put many things in them. Never tried tuna.
 
BF #1 - Overnight oat in Soy milk, w/ honey and Cinnamon
BF #2 - 3 Eggs/3 Egg Whites w/ protein rice
Snack #1 - Chocolate/Banana/PB 50g protein smoothie
Lunch - Ground Turkey, protein rice, mix veggies
Snack #2 - Protein Bar
Dinner - Blackened Beef Filet with Melted Blue Cheese over mashed potatoes and Garlic Broccolini

Workout 12min AMRAP (+2 reps each round):
2 Wallballs 20#
2 Cal Bike
2 DB Walking Lunge 50#

Heavy Back Squats:
7x1 warm up

1st meal was scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, and bacon. 2nd meal was shake. Today is a push day. Hitting chest, triceps, and shoulders. Added another shake yesterday and pushed my meals from 8 meals to 9 meals. Weight is already moving back up since bringing my carbs back up to My normal of 600 to 800 grams of carbs from 400 to 600. I was waking up hungry twice a night most nights.
 
I’ve not been having to get up as early as I was before. So I’m waking up around 2:30 and 5 hungry. Maybe I need a different protein for my shakes before bed. Which I upped my sets and reps. So between work and gym i feel like I may be burning a lot off but i feel lazy if I don’t train my ass off.
 
You’re not lazy sir. You train every day. Maybe not the same pace as some of us but you train and exercise daily. More than most can say. I couldn’t even pay my dad to go to the gym and he’s 56.
 
My pace is pretty quick but my volume is no where near what you guys do. That’s where my age draws the line. I just can’t do but so much.
 
Keeping on Keeping on is what it’s all about. I probably couldn’t have kept up with you when you was in your 30’s
 
I hear ya… ancient history brother never to be revisited except in my thoughts.

I had an amazing omelette today with one bagel, no fruits & coffee. A shake like reg with another meal later. Training Chest & light Bis 2 exercises.
 
I like variety but in all honesty I only had half a carton left so added the can of tuna to make up for it as it’s another lean protein. The casein Greek yogurt and almond butter not only tastes really good but if you do it in the right amounts and maybe add powdered peanut butter or oats it’s almost like cookie dough.
