August 5th installment of diets and bodybuilding

Good morning all.Breakfast was peach chobani with cut up strawberries added,4 turkey sausage,banana,coffee and water.Not sure about lunch or dinner for that matter.No gym.goin to the lake after work,gonna float around aimlessly for awhile,and for that i am grateful.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Secondary squat day. Same food but may have a ribeye after work not sure u want to throw all that beef in system before bed if not I’ll make it to be one of meals at work tomorrow
 
Bagel with egg cheese and bacon. Chicken meatballs. Steak and cheese wrap. No training today, got a little banged up last night. I wasn’t drinking. I was playing with the kids in a mosh pit at a concert lol.
