August 9th installment of diets and bodybuilding

Good morning all.Breakfast was CTC, protein shake blended with strawberries and chia seeds, banana,coffee and water.Gonna do chest after work.Today I am thankful for another day to lift and to be able to spend time with the wife and kid.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Good morning. Food is the same as yesterday and wont change until Friday when I need to cook again. Hoping to train legs after work. Hopefully it’s not as hot and humid as hell where everyone is like here in Taxachussets
 
Today breakfast eggs garlic rice orange juice and coffee. Am greatful for wife to be baa k home

Work with me watched for about twenty minutes then went hard at it. By the end of the day he was measuring and making cuts. And he never stopped moving. He holds doors for people and does whatever he knows needs to be done without having to be asked. Amazing boy. Gonna make some girl a goood husband someday.
 
It’s hot as hell,I quit work a hour ago…worked forarms a bit, technically it was a little bit of cardio,just had 6 oz of basmati rice and some flank steak.

I was thinkin about 1 chic breast/piece of flank steak over 6oz of basmati rice
 
Our dinner schedule is distorted since the kid started cheer leading practice 630-8 mon wed thursday
 
Hit legs today, had a banana eggwhites omelette with blueberry flavored cream of rice, post workout cream of rice and whey with blueberries, got chicken and green beans then tilapia and zucchini for next two meals then chicken and cream of rice before bed. Hope everyone is doing good this week!
 
I know right,I like going when she’s cheering for a actual game it’s fun watching the game
