Best diets for clean bulking

Thoughts on clean bulking? This is difficult for me being that I love adding mass and cutting fat which is obviously very difficult even with the right compounds.

So, what I’m trying to do is increase protein intake dial down total card consumptions and generally limit crap dieting.
I don’t want to type out a log but, am I’m looking at 8oz egg whites scrambled .5 cup ground rolled oats 60 mg protein powder for shake.
I literally am repeating this 3x per day for meals at this point. Definitely working but any thoughts/opinions can be relayed in a respectful manor and would be appreciated.
 
Like weight training or endurance training, eating requires some planning to yield the best results. What I mean is like lifting, eating requires tracking. A diet log is when “real” athletes separate themselves from the pack. Everyone tracks their lifts but how about recovery, food, sleep…

If a person can figure out their day to day nutrient requirements they can plan meals that match those requirements. Actual metabolic testing is expensive but the Google has a ton of resources to factor basic nutrient requirements. Short story is tracking food intake is essential, like recording sleep and training.

The real challenge is meeting your daily requirements in a way that does not result in a 7 day repeat of the same meals. When you start measuring your own needs you can get creative with meals, no different than the gym and training.

If you are eating eggs, oats, and protein powder 3x a day, every day I will happily message you a dozen recipes that are high protein, low carb, and stupid fast/easy to make.
 
I change it up a bit for sure, chicken veggies more chicken. But for the most part limit fruits and sugar.

I’m all about new recipes bro.
 
You need to structure a plan. Are you only eating 3 times a day? Are you doing cardio at all? What type of training is it intense or you just moving weight? Lot to factor in not just limiting carbs. I’m on high carbs and still lean after show. Definitely watch eating shit food if trying to lean bulk. Lot of factors bro
 
Oh for sure bro. Typically eating 3-5x per day and add in snacks.

As far as cardio, 45 minutes 2x per week and 15 minutes post work out 2x per week.

I’ve recently changed my diet to the above listed and will go back to eating optimally BUT I have some lbs to shed from the last 2 weeks.

Bro, I ate trays of cookies through Christmas, shit got real FAST.

I don’t train to show, I powerlifted for a time and due to semi-major injuries hung up the jersey.

So now, though I hate to admit it, I’m changing the game for a more asctetic plan. First two weeks however, I’m not going to sway much from the above diet.

I’m not kidding bro, cookies by the lb not to mention god knows what else over christmas. So, I need to drop a few fast then increase carbs back in

I’d do cardio everyday fasted I’d even do hiit and with diet cut out those shakes and add real food and be careful with the “snacks” lol just some things I’d change up if wanting to lose some weight and quick. Keep us posted
