I don’t want to mention the word but the before and after work out or just the immediate insulin spike(whichever way you do it) and protein with some sodium like McDonald’s and no bun gives a unreal fullness to an already “lean body” but going down that really dumb rabbits hole is why I shouldn’t be on here while I wait for my relief!
