Get a big bowl

1 can of plain oats don’t matter what kind

1 container (box) coconut milk…plain

2 big containers plain greek yougurt

1 smaller container of philly whipped cream
cheese

About 1/2 cup chia seeds

3 cups honey

Mix all together and spoon into 1 cup tupperwares. Makes about 11 servings. Toss in fridge.

If I knew the recipe I would share. My mom is Lebanese, she makes Kibbeh and Fattoush, shit you can’t find in Iowa, that’s to die for. I told her before she passed away she needs to teach me how to make it. She uses beef instead of lamb
 
I’ve been contemplating adding protein powder to the mix…but usually chugg egg whites in conjunction with this.

Chciken salt for 4-8 hours then add spices bake 359 45 minutes rice in rice cooker haha
