I placed my order on the 5th. It shipped on the 6th and I received it on the 10th. It came in a nice vacuum sealed package. Vial caps have sticker on it instead of a plastic cap. Not an issue I just have never gotten one with a sticker on it.

I use the syringe filter method which requires a closed loop sterile injection of the oil directly into a sealed sterile vial, so there can't be any flip top really but I do put the sterile sticker to cover the rubber stopper.
