Micronutrients are the most ridiculous thing to try to track every day all day lol. I’ve tried it in the past and it’s a fucking daunting task man. I’m one that gave up doing that and I try to just fill my day with whole foods and a good multivitamin. I figure if I “go over” 100% of my daily value my body will process it and piss it out anyway lol.
Now if you want a better answer than that, there is a lot of nutrition software out there that will allow you to put in your current diet and it will tell you the macros, calories, micros etc in a full graph like break down.
