Sodium Intake And Processed Food

Good day all,

Without to much detail, I am in a high energy output job. 25k steps a day. Plus the activities themselves. I have an office and bounce between hotels and ABNB's. Not going to say I cannot cook anything. It is just harder. In a hotel, dragging pots and pans around. I even thought of cooking 40 lbs of chicken at the park. At work, 8 hrs four days week....I have added in oats and stated with Kind Oat Bar

What I have, via just complacency just started eating Tyson Grilled CHX in a bag. 22oz a day to be exact and that has 2170 mg of sodium in it. Add in a few energy drinks and I am above 4k mg a day and I know about all the unlogged soy sauce. I try to remember to log it. I just need to save that as a meal. A LOT OF SALT IS THE CONCERN.

A, that is not healthy.
B, it seems that any attempt to "flush" or dilute that out would just do the same to my other electrolytes, at 160 oz a day....10-12 bottles a day is where I am at.
C, if I have to cook fresh chicken, that is just a fact and it is cheaper but it is a pain in my ass.

Second, my step count is 25k a day. Would like to get to 5k cals a day without having food in my hand all day.
I can get a little hyper focused on things or not see the big picture so forgive me. Right now it is just "healthy food" ended up just chicken, rice, nuts, fruit yogurt, using oats with flavor, all processed. I see the guys pics with three pizzas and all the rotissire chicken, . One, I am not them, but is that 1300 cal pizza really going to kill me when I need the cals or to I need to keep machine eating low cal high volume food?

How should I look at balancing this. Can I flush out that sodium? Am I making a big deal out of it? I don't like eating dirty food, I am prone to be fat. Genteics, years of fat training. (You can be good at getting fat) Is the Little Caesars with the fat and sodium worth the calories? I am down to 170 and going the other way is fucking hard.

I bumped carbs to 380 and cals never dialed in but between 3700 and 4200 a day and gained fat. One, schools out for the summer so my cardio went down.
I can answer my own questions and say it is bad, eat fresh food and that's it.

I never thought this was easy, the work is easy moving weight is easy. Easting is easy, doing this shit right....ugh.
Took way to long to type to delete. LOL

I get it!

Eating right to support your goals AND being on the road is a pain!

I offer no solutions…sorry.

There’s some pretty smart dieticians out there, have you considered hiring one. Maybe scrub the internet… although Ive found that the net is all over the place in most cases.

Afterthought… wifey is a big wheel at work and gets caught in late meetings somewhere between often and occasionally… she will stop and get us a rotisserie chicken from the store down the street every now and again. I’ve never looked at the macros but it’s delicious. Although I prefer kfc hahaha.

I spend a lot of time alone, absolutely hermit like. So, if I type something out or talk to someone it helps my logic. No, I need to eat better. My animal protein is supposed to be 24 oz a day so prepping chicken like this is (done it) going to the park with 15 lbs of chicken breast. Just me, all alone with looking like a homeless mofo.

I am going to grab a foreman grill. I think that is the best solution. The processed shit has to go. It was an easy once a day and now it is all day.
