NOTICE: No crashed gear is to be sold to members on UGM DNO/Inactive List
I dont care if they know and they forgot to be told. Unless they specifically ask you for crashed gear ONLY and you have it in emails with them, this is no longer allowed on this site. This is happening way to often on here and not the standard we want our sponsors known for. In over 20 years of bodybuilding I think I maybe had 3 crashed products that crashed along time after I recieved it and in extreme conditions. Any complaints the sponsor will be put on notice and if it continues, then spo…
So I ordered 4 Test C 250 from an UGM sponsor, finally got around to looking at it today and 2 out of 4 are crashed. All 4 vials have the same mfr date and lot number. I sent the sponsor an email, awaiting reply and resolution.

I’ve included 2 pics here (edited to protect sponsor). Is there any way to bring these back to injectable form? Or should I just get replacements?

Well damn! I posted this topic and got a reply from the sponsor a minute later. Apologized and said replacement vials have been shipped. I’m not sure if it’s 2 or 4 vials though.

The last time I used crashed gear (2015) I jacked my hip up about 5 weeks out from a meet on a heavy squat/DL workout. I wouldn’t risk it, if replacements have been sent, toss the shitty vials and wait for the new!

Thanks @Ironside and @Islandswole for taking action. @TG and myself hold our sponsors to a very high standard and we don’t tolerate this. Although we know mistakes happen this kind of stuff needs to be brought to light always. Thank you for coming forward @Lawnsvcguy. We will always protect our members. Thanks @SRx for contacting him and making this right.

Of course we made it right 🙂 you received this order 14 days ago and the Test C was clear. They were brewed and vialed 5/19 so they sat on our shelf for over a month and didnt crash. We do suggest keeping the Test C at room temperature because it does have a tendency to crash if its keep in a cooler climate. You didn’t report the other 2 were cloudy in the email otherwise we would of replaced all four.

So you’re only replacing 2? I did mention all 4 have the same date and lot #. Wouldn’t we just come to a conclusion that it’s a bad lot? Or just 2 vials are the exception of the entire lot? Shit man I ain’t playing semantics.

The vials went from the package straight to my gear box in my closet. If you’re implying I placed them in the fridge or something, that ain’t gonna fly. If you’re just offering tips on proper storage, your advice is well taken.

Just a suggestion/tip on storage

This is the first report of crashed gear from this batch so we wouldn’t assume the whole lot if bad since this batch was 200 vials and we only have a couple vials left in stock and they are totally fine. The replacement we sent our from a new batch earlier this month. We will absolutely send you two more vials. We just think there must of been some outside factor during shipping or something. Oh well sucks but we’ll do our best to make it right.

@SRx so you’re really going to come here and blame @Lawnsvcguy and his storage??? Dude it’s hot in the US and I get all my supps from @SymBiotecLab and he’s in UK and it’s hot there as well. I keep my house about 65 and none of my gear crashes. Now if his house is 30 degrees ok that’s on him but don’t come on here trying to blame som ones storage especially during summer. Take full responsibility for your fucked up gear!! @Lawnsvcguy has proof your gear crashed do the right thing and don’t pass blame.
