Crashed gear from (unnamed) UGM sponsor

Looks like Test C proper storage is "Store testosterone cypionate at room temperature between 68°F and 77°F (20°C and 25°C). " We brew ours to a full 250mg so it does have a tendency to crash if it gets cooler then room temp. That is why you see a lot of sources brew it at 200mg which is more tolerant to lower temps.

SRx’s corrective action we are looking at dropping our dosage to 200mg now especially with the cooler seasons approaching.

This has been handled. And no matter what or who if gear crashes it will be addressed. No cyp should not crash If made correctly. I have a lot of cyp sitting in my box from @SymBiotecLab and non of my gear or cyp has crashed or cloudy even if sitting for a period of time

it was handled when the sponsor responded in what appears to be an appropriate way … …
not sure why y’all have your panties in a twist … but never mind … i appear to have offended you by my observations so i ll keep them to myself

No you didn’t offend. It was handled and didn’t need any more input. The source handled it and board members handled it. If you want to take it up with us feel free to message us

I’m sure he meant staff members. Either way, yes the sponsor responded in a timely manner, the sponsor handled it correctly by sending out replacements and has made plans to address this issue in an attempt to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

As for the crashing… no not all gear can or will crash. I’ve had bottles of enanthate, cyp, prop and even base for 6 months to a year without issue.

There might be some variables in temperature and shipping during certain times of the year to certain places but come on. That should be addressed long before a single bottle ever leaves the lab.

Here’s just the facts, I’ll leave my opinion out:
  1. On Saturday (July 20) I contacted @SRx about crashed gear. Email sent at 10:22 AM
  2. SRx replied at 11:31 AM with an apology and told me, “replacement vials have been shipped.”
  3. Checked my mail today (23rd) and the package with 2 vials was waiting for me.
🔴 the original vials that crashed had different printing color scheme than all the other vials I’ve ever received from them. Namely, fonts were red instead of black and the background color of the title font was a faded/light purple instead of the traditional dark blue.

OK, just the facts (again):
  1. @SRx is following this thread and sent me an email July 22 @ 1:21 PM to let me know 4 vials shipped to make up for all the hassle.
  2. I checked my mail today (July 24) and there were 4 vials, as promised.
🟢 My opinion: @SRx took care of the problem very fast. I originally paid for 4 TC 250 vials and in all honesty that’s all I wanted. Their generosity hasn’t gone un-noticed and I think it’s only right to let everyone at UGM know.
