Crashed gear not sure why

I have 4 vials from 3 different labs that have crashed out of the blue no change in weather why els would this happen? 1x test cyp 2x Tren a and 1x test e

I actually just heated all of them up and there all clear now accept for 1 of tren a… and thats odd because the tren a are from same lab same batch im not sure what to make of it… only thing different from the 1 tren a thats still cloudy is that i have been pinning with that one for a couple of weeks
