Cruising trt dose and horrible acne

Hey guys . I am cruising on trt doses for 8 weeks and the past month I’ve had terrible acne on my back. I know its change in hormones from my blast. Can anyone give me any suggestions? Oh and my pct and Ai was bunk , . I’m having no estrogen issues either.

You need a legit AI bro. Your estro is most likely out of whack unless you have blood work that shows otherwise.

300 test e once a week.

Thats higher than TRT and would place your Total T in the 1500ng/dL range if your test is good. I will bet you your E2 comes back high especially if you just came of a blast with a bunk AI. . Did you have the estradiol sensitive hormone test?

I asked my dr who is also my good friend to check my estrogen levels in my bloodwork.

The sensitive isn’t critical if you have elevated levels because it is designed to check the lower levels of the range. I was just curious.

I’ll be honest I’m pretty pissed off about this. I know I can take care of it. Should I lower my test till I get a good Ai?

Less test means there’s less to be aromatised to estrogen.

… obviously some people aromatise more than others, but lowering test is a good place to start.

Only you can decide that. I would have had everything I needed on hand before moving forward. It happens @Jstan. We just learn from our mistakes and try to never repeat them. You are not in an emergency situation but elevated E2 is not healthy. You need to nail down a trustworthy reputable provider for sure.

You can come fully off and hope you recover fully naturally. It will take some time but you need to decide.

You can be pissed but make sure you direct it in the right direction. You made the decision to use so the responsibility lays at your feet brother. Just keeping it real.

@Jstan Keep us updated and let us know how it turns out. You can post your bloods here if you want and we can look them over together. Some of us are longtime TRT patients and some are experienced steroid users and can analyze your blood work pretty darn quick. Many times much better than most MD’s.

I dont plan on coming off . I’m going to be on trt for life. I really appreciate you guys thank you very much . I’m going to try a few suggested providers here for pct.

Maybe I missed it in this thread but I was under the assumption that PCT was not needed if your cruising?
