December 11th edition of diets and training

Good morning all.Breakfast was 1 cinnamon raisin bagel,peach chobani, protein shake, banana, coffee and water.Their opening gym for us 11-12 not sure what I’m doin but it’ll be something.Watching football later.Hope everyone has a good day.
 
I hope you’re speaking of CARDIO.

If not then do as @Neuro says…. You’ve come a long way…. Don’t loose all the forward progress with one weak moment.
 
Yes cardio I went and did 20 minutes then got a box
Of cinnamon rolls I was just being nice with this being johns threads. Also cookies and pop tarts I’ve

Trained back earlier. So far I had a bagel with shaved steak. Yogurt, cottage cheese and triscutt. Protein shake with strawberries. Later it will be chicken and rice and some oatmeal before bed.
