December 13th installment of diets and training

Good morning all.Where the fuck is @Cluster?
No gym today.Breakfast was 1 toasted bagel with cream cheese and homemade strawberry jam,5 HB eggs no yolk,banana,coffee,water,edibles.Lunch will be two cans a tuna with hot sauce,cherry frosted poptarts,grapes,cranberry juice.Not sure about dinner.Today i am grateful for my daughter,i couldn’t imagine my life without her,shes everything im not.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Toast and egg whites for breakfast. Followed by 2 eggs, cheese on an English muffin. Protein shake and a banana. Yogurt with almonds. Meeting friends for a late lunch. Dinner will most likely be something light
 
He probably got logged out and can’t figure out how to get back in
 
I’m still super tired and feeling under weather this week maybe a wash for me
