Good morning all.Breakfast was two dunkin donuts,5 turkey sausage,banana,coffe and water.Lunch and dinner are up in the air.Maybe gym later,maybe not.Today i am grateful that i have a job that i enjoy,and a roof over my head.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Probably not training tonight. Food the next few days will be overnight oats with almonds and cut up apple. Yogurt. Chicken and baked potato. Pulled pork on wraps. Protein shake with a banana
 
My appetite has been ridiculous lately. To the point it’s been hard to keep track of. Definitely been getting my macros in and then some. Getting ready to swap over to Push, Pull, and Legs to take a bit of a break from the strength and hypertrophy program I’ve been doing. We’ve been working 4 ten hour days. Three day weekends have been lovely.
 
Well still under weather now my girl isn’t well so we are having date at hospital. Got my interviews for supervisor role next week. Should be pretty good as I know the people giving the interview. Also got told by manager today that things like Monday when I stayed over two hours is noticed and shows leadership
