December 19th edition of diets and bodybuilding

Good morning. Training legs today. So far it’s been 2 pieces of sourdough with 2 eggs and some avocado. I’ll have a protein shake and some fruit after gym. Then 6 oz of chicken with rice noodles. Yogurt and cottage cheese. I have burrito on the brain so I probably grab one for dinner tonight.
 
Normal breakfast and chest today heavy ass triples. Bad news is my eyes worse. As the swelling didn’t allow the shit to drain out and now back to having another stye hope to get it all good by Friday or it will just happen all over again and I’m May not have it sorted out till deload. Good thing I’m already ugly to begin with
 
May donate blood on off day this week get about 100 i gift cards for it so whether I need to or not doesn t matter I want new shoes haha
