Good morning all.Breakfast was protein shake, 3 HB eggs,2 pieces of toast, banana, cranberry juice and coffee.Today I am grateful to be alive.I ended up skipping the gym yesterday so gonna do tris today.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Biscuits and gravy, sausage, and scrambled eggs with a chocolate milk. Lower strength training tonight. I’m going to go through my logs and average up my max’s for the past few weeks later. See if I can’t start dialing things in a little better as far as my numbers and setting goals.
 
Did arms today. Meals are 93% ground sirloin with mushrooms and salami on pasta. Chicken, rice and beans. Protein shake with a banana. The usual cottage cheese and yogurt. 2 eggs, English muffin, oatmeal and raisins.
