Good morning all.Breakfast was 2 Thomas English muffins,1 chobani,5 turkey sausage, banana, cranberry juice, cappuccino.Gym is closed at the VA today.i got some free weights to play with though. I am grateful for the camraderie on this morning thread.Hope everyone has a great day.
 
Pizza dip and beer today. Turns out we are staying at friends brothers place even thought frined was banned from coming. I say frined loosely as really the guy is one of those he’s always at our events but I’m not sure any oft likes him. His brother is great though. Anyway guy s owns pizza place so should hw good
 
Oats pb whey isolate and honey

Couple cups of tim hortons coffee.

No training today. I haven’t done anything in the gym in a week.

Figure I’ll hit it tomorrow and start the new year off good.
 
Bet the people at the gym will hate your resolution ass haha
