Good morning all.Breakfast was 2 english muffins with homemade strawberry jam,5 HB eggs no yolk,banana,grapes,coffee,water.lunch will a 12in cheese steak,cheese and black pepper,and water.Not sure about dinner.Today i am grateful for the cold weather,i love it.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Having toast and egg whites before training some legs. Yogurt and almonds. Overnight oats. Chicken salad on pita. Steak and peppers over rice. Protein shake with a banana
