It’s been a while since I posted. and I have been following a few of you quietly. I moved to Pacific NW last October and the weather change really hurt my training. The covid restrictions made working out not very fun, and diet took a major hit. I normally don’t eat many carbs and now I just feel bloated. My test is 1ml per week but had some supply issues earlier in the year. The weather began to change, and I found a real gym where they don’t enforce masks. It’s nice being around real gym people again. The planet fitness was depressing me.

I did get the BP under control with a prescription, and viagra helps lower my BP. I’m planning on going back to a low-carb diet in May or June. Right now I’m enjoying the extra gains I get with the good carbs.
 
I’m having opposite problems I didn’t want to add in sugary beverages to diet but I’m finding to get cals it might be the easiest way to get about 500 more each day
 
There is one or two people who mentioned they were doing it but I can’t remember who.
Also Cialis might be a better choice since it stays in your system longer than Viagra

Maybe so… I don’t think it’s a full 24 hours but there’s every possibility I’m remembering it wrong.
 
I’ve been doing 10mg of Cialis every other day. I believe it remains in your system up to 36 hours.

Looks like i’m in the luck 2-3%…

“Like other ED medications, Cialis can cause nasal congestion . This side effect occurs in two to three percent of men who use Cialis and can occur at both 10mg and 20mg dosages. Nasal congestion can sometimes result from tadalafil’s effects on blood vessels.”
 
In my area with humidity and pollen…seems like everyone has issues anyways.
 
I’m the same way. Two days after I take it I still get random boners outta nowhere. Wake up the wife at 3 am. Humping her leg. She loves that hahah
