Hey guys. Until recently I hadn’t heard of these. You can find a brand at walmart . For a pack of 200 grams you are looking at 10 calories or so. They are tasteless so whatever you add with them is what they’ll taste like. I’m leaning out nicely with these and they keep my hunger down. Mix it with a light teriyaki sauce or Sriracha sauce. Everything tastes good. 2 mins in frying pan and done. Just thought I’d share with everyone.

You guys will like these. For a quick meal just cooking how I put it with 100 grams chicken or an egg keeps the meal low in calories but fills you a bit. Wish I would have known about these years ago. A couple days I was under 300 calories a day and wasn’t even hungry. Had energy from my stims and felt great. I think the use of these in bodybuilding can be a game changer if they were more well known and popular.

Some pics.

Yeah we made spaghetti with lean beef the other night and just used these noodles. Felt great and no bloat I usually get from regular noodles.

@TG I made kind of a Vietnamese Pho with the noodles the other night. I made a beef bone broth. Brought it to a boil. Add a while onion, celery stock and a bay leaf. Add braised beef tips. Simmer for a hour and a half. Removed onion, celery stock and bay leaf. Allowed the broth to cool to room temp. Add prepared shirataki noodles to the broth and refrigerated overnight. Remove from fridge. Remove noodles. Slowly bring broth back to a boil. Remove from heat. Add the noodles back in and serve topped with fresh cut cilantro.
