  • Products made with EO are ok
  • Products made with EO are not ok
  • Products made with miglyol 840 are better than products made with EO
  • Products made with miglyol 840 or EO it doesn’t matter in my choice of what I choose to use.

REMEMBER YOU CAN CHOOSE MORE THAN JUST ONE VOTE SO YOU CAN CHOOSE ALL 4 IF YOU WANTED BUT I MADE IT SO THAT 2 CAN BE CHOOSEN

This poll has been created to see how all the members of get.jackedforums.com feel about (EO) Ethyl Oleate and if they mind it being used to brew products that they would use or if they wouldn’t use them at all because of it.
This poll is also to ask if our members believe that miglyol 840 is an important choice in them choosing which gear to use because miglyol 840 is the carrier oil that they would much rather have used to brew there products.
I should add that this came from me being told that chemists in China changed EO because people were saying that they were receiving allergic reactions.
I was told that Miglyol 840 was created by a Chinese chemist by changing the molecular structure of EO so that they could still use EO because it holds a ton of mg/ml and is an amazing carrier oil.

Mig 840 is it just EO renamed Home Brew
I have been hearing from alot of top companies not ugl companies not big international srcs. Im talking about the big Chinese names that you can’t pronounce and there telling me that they pulled the rug over all the ugl labs and possibly some of the international labs heads by just changing the name from EO to mct which is the base coconut oil and then just started calling it mig 840 because everyone wouldn’t order products made with EO. Lots of people starting complaining that they were gettin…
If all members could vote it would be very much appreciated.
Thanks very much brothers

Big M,

I went over your message with a close friend who is an expert in this game.

See below for his response.

I’m not sure that any of that is correct outside of the fact that EO is known to cause allergic reactions in some people.

They are both plant based fatty acid chains but EO is based on oleic acid and ethanol and Mig is based on c8 and c10 chains that are part of the MCT oil chain of fatty acids.

The chemical formulas for each are fairly different even if they both are comprised of the CHO “branches” which is standard for organic chemical compounds.

MIG 840
‎C39H80O10

EO
C20H38O2

I don’t have any info on who created mig and have certainly never heard of it being some sort of off shoot of EO especially in the context of being used as it’s implied in the message above. IE some unknown Chinese chemist created it specifically for use in injecting steroids due to EO having allergic reactions seems inaccurate. Both EO and Mig have actual uses in industry outside of being used as a steroid carrier oil so that just doesn’t even make sense just on face value.

No he is exactly correct I mistakenly typed something stupid saying that they were the same thing when in reality what I was trying to say is that you have miglyol 840 and miglyol 810/812 then you have EO and then you actually have the base which is MCT muti compound triglycerides or something like that im not that smart about it ive never even brewed before but what. My guy is telling me is that they are passing off EO and saying that its miglyol 810/812 and it is EO miglyol 810/812 because they are basically the same thing and are all derivatives of MCT.
Your buddy is completely right but whats actually happening in the grimy game is people are saying that mig 810/812 is being used when in reality it’s EO being used and EO is cheaper.
Miglyol 840 is completely clear
EO isn’t completely clear but is and sometimes has a yellow tint that’s why there saying it is mig but its not mig 840 its eo but trying to say its mig 810/812.

Honestly I shouldn’t have posted this because it is misinformation but it was meant to be real. I just didn’t understand everything he was telling me you know how the translation between cn and English is a little hard to figure out what he was trying to tell me lol
Sorry about the misunderstanding and the wrong information I made a mistake about what actually was happening

What is Miglyol 812?

Miglyol 812 is also a clear neutral oil. Miglyol 812 is a liquid form of an MCT oil. An MCT oil is a medium-chain triglyceride. A medium-chain triglyceride is a man-made fat that that is partially manmade. It is identified by the way the carbon atoms are rearranged in the structure. Many people use MCTs, which are typically derived from coconut and palms oils and dairy fats, for improved diet and weight management.

According to the Cleveland Clinic, MCTs decrease metabolic syndrome, reduce abdominal obesity, and boost weight loss. Like miglyol 840, miglyol 812 is desired in toxicology and pharmaceuticals because it improves the solubility and absorption of injectables and oral compounds. Miglyol is soluble at 20 degrees Celsius. Additional properties of miglyol 812 are spreadability, penetration-promoting application, and high stability compared to natural oils. When used as a lotion, cream, or any other spreadable application, miglyol 812 is permeable and non-greasy; therefore, it does not obstruct the skin’s natural respiration.

Whether we use miglyol 812 or miglyol 840, our process filter the oil before use. While natural oils may seem like a better solution for your needs, it is important to consider miglyol compounds because they are manufactured in a way that ensures stability and purity. They can also be more cost effective.

Now below is some info I put together about why some carriers are better, and we’re going to use Testosterone as the template discussion, and the weight of carrier oils and there metabolic rate.

Does test esters matter? Yes it does matter for “some”… Also what is equally important hardly even discussed is - Carrier oils!!!

This can effect both of the same esters that have been compounding by different labs, due to the different release rates and weight of the oil, thus this will effect the serum levels of the parenting hormone, however IMO the carrier really has small effect on a scale that you or anyone would even notice aside from its " kinetic profile under clinical investigation/studies" , although administration with certain carriers may yield different toxicological profiles for the same drug, some reaching supraphysiological serum testosterone levels, but this will vary with administered route (whether IM or subQ), different esters, individuals and so on…

Also, different regions favor one oil over the other like western pharmacopoeia practice may often and commonly use Grape-seed, as in other regions of the world with therapies some use tea-seed oil,soy and cottonseed with the same promising returns (pro’s and con’s with both oils), much like Enanthate is manufactured in Europe for TRT, while Cypionate is manufactured in the U.S. Testosterone Cypionate and Enanthate both steroids have the same effects and functions, whilst there are studies claiming the longevity effect of Cypionate compared to Enanthate differ, but we know it’s irrelevant on the small scale…The same can be seen and recognized with carriers to a degree, this is why most UGL’s will use the same carriers to keep release time with-in a narrow range of others…

Now if we’re talking about supraphysiological serum testosterone levels, with shorter esters in different carrier oils that possess different half-life/molecule weight (yes carrier half life’s), with different routes of administration? Sure, we can see levels exceeding upper limits, but the extended release will balance out with a decline (ester dependent), this is just a quesstimation as there will be many variables to conciser (age, genetics) but you get the jist on the generalization here.

In the grand scheme of it all, It comes down to 90% allergies…Site reaction, and immune response, and even hormone release (castor oil has a slow, stable, steady release for heavier esters due to its longer half-life)…However for most generally used carriers the viscosity really isn’t that different when compared through kinematic viscosity measurement (mm2/s) - Fluid resistance…
When being measured they’re off by a few digits, but that’s so insignificant…It’s mainly immune response/allergies/site irritation…

Some individuals can have an immune response to Test E and not Test Cyp, basic an allergy so to speak, it’s rare but has happened especially if the raws are poorly synthesized and they possess left over acid residues, thus initiating a response from the injection site and lymphatic system…

Below is a template of kinematic viscosity measurements (mm2/s) - Fluid resistance with most major carrier oils. Top being thickest, and last being thinnest…I hope this helps…

Castor 297.0
Crambe 53.6
High-Oleic Safflower 41.2
Peanut 39.6
Sunflower 37.1
Grapeseed 37.0
Sesame 35.3
Corn 34.9
Cottonseed 33.5
Soybean 32.6
Safflower 31.3

Here is a study explaining how “castor oi” has a longer half-life than most traditionally used carriers in general practice

Abstract

OBJECTIVE:

In the search for long-acting testosterone preparations suited for substitution therapy of hypogonadal men, testosterone undecanoate (TU) dissolved in either tea seed oil or castor oil was investigated.
DESIGN:

In study I, 1000 mg TU in tea seed oil (125 mg/ml) were injected in equal parts into the gluteal muscles of seven hypogonadal men. In study II, 1000 mg TU in castor oil (250 mg/ml) were injected into one gluteal muscle of 14 patients.
RESULTS:

In comparison with published data on testosterone enanthate, most widely used for i.m. injections, the kinetic profiles of both TU preparations showed extended half-lives and serum levels not exceeding the upper limit of normal. The castor oil preparation had a longer half-life than TU in tea seed oil (33.9+/-4.9 vs 20.9+/-6.0 days (mean pm S.E.M.)).
CONCLUSION:

The longer half-life and the smaller injection volume make TU in castor oil a strong candidate for further applications in substitution therapy and in trials for male contraception.
